Onsite or Remote Valuation

We perform an onsite examination of a damaged item, or remotely identify the item from images or via Google Meet (pre-damage or post-damage), or in the instance of destruction, identify an item from a description/purchase receipt/previous appraisal. We frequently produce appraisal reports of assets that no longer exist, from owner recollection. When there is alleged negligence involving the cause of the damage event, an independent value is a basis for the claim payment, and this value must be based on established appraisal standards. ValuePros adheres to all Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practices (USPAP) when presenting values for damage claims.

If you have a single damaged item, consider using our cost-saving and time-saving Remote Appraisal procedure, as opposed to a more costly onsite examination and appraisal. The remote appraisal meets the same professional standards as the traditional onsite appraisal. For a larger number of damaged items, that can still be examined, we perform an onsite examination in your home, office, wherever the damaged occurred.
