Onsite Appraisal
Our onsite appraisal service involves an onsite examination, wherever the items are, by a trained appraisal examiner onsite and appraiser in-office. The video and audio recorded examination is focused solely on capturing each item’s factual description and images. The remaining appraisal stages – item identification, market comparable research, and report production are performed, later, in the appraisal office by accredited, experienced appraisers. There is a $95 travel fee. Change to the travel fee will be quoted.

** The fee schedule is for the ValuePros level service for typical residential contents. There are likely fee exceptions that will be disclosed if you have certain fine art, vehicles, equipment, collections, and other exceptional items.
